The three-level, underground, Wells Fargo Center Garage provides parking for tenants, visitors, and guests. Each level has a letter designation, A, B, or C, and is accessible via the Garage shuttle elevators located on Tower levels 1 and 2.

The entrance to the Garage is on Jefferson Street (westbound) between 4th and 5th Avenues. The exit from the Garage is on Columbia Street (eastbound) between 4th and 5th Avenues.

Hours: The Garage opens to the general public, Monday - Friday, at 6:00 a.m. and closes at 6:00 p.m. The Garage is closed Saturday and Sunday, and building holidays. Access to the Garage is available to monthly parkers and tenants at all hours, including weekends and holidays- with approved after hours access.

Short Term Parking: Visitors and guests to the Center shall park in designated short term spaces on Level A. These spaces are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Periodically, the "Full" sign may be turned on at the street entrance when Level A is nearly full. This is to prevent visitors and guests from entering the garage and being inconvenienced by the inability to find a space. Short-term parking rates are current market rates (hourly with a daily maximum), with a discounted evening rate when arriving after 5:30 p.m.

Bicycles, Motorcycles and Mopeds: A bicycle storage rack is available free of charge on Level A. Motorcycles and mopeds must pay for parking.

Restricted Zones & Areas: Building Management requires everyone to observe these restricted areas. Vehicles parked in these areas are subject to tow at vehicle owner's expense:
  • Handicapped parking (unless allowed by a current permit)
  • One-hour zone on Level A (visitors and guests only)
  • Driveways
  • Walkways
  • Loading zones
  • No Parking zones
